We now have lodging at the Bear Creek Lodge above our Outpost! Call 304-456-4288 for reservations. Summer in the mountains means floating the Greenbrier River and mountain biking. We rent rafts and canoes, and are located right on the river. We rent snowboards and winter gear at our Outpost at Cass, WV for those of you who approach Snowshoe on Route 66 from the East.

     When the snow's not on the ground Mountain Biking gets under way. Our Outpost has bikes for rent, trail information and related gear to help you enjoy the best biking in the Eastern United States. There's the Greenbrier River Trail for an easy scenic ride for the entire family. For those of you who require more of a challange, the Monogahela National Forest has miles of modest to difficult rides.

     

The Greenbrier River is one of the many beautiful summer attractions in Pocahontas County. We provide shuttle service for canoeing and tubing down the river. The Greenbrier River Trail stretches 75 miles along the river from one mile South of Cass to Caldwell (in Greenbrier County). The trail provides a 1% grade that makes a good bike ride for kids and adults. There's good bass fishing and the river's a great float for the whole family!
